Finder's Fee

1) If you know anyone who is planning to sell housing, building, land, or any real estate property in New York City or the metro area, now or in the near future, give us a call and tell us about it. If we can purchase any property based on your referral, we will compensate you with up to $10,000.00.

2) Just as well, if you happen to know about a forclosure, tax-lien, a vacant / abandoned property, or tenant problem, we will reward you up to $5,000.00 for any valuable information that you can provide us with.
